Wow DLS is 16 less than YT.

Think all activities stop for Unity. The rest will be deciding between YT and DLS. My prediction for both remains.

[/quote]doubt so cos YT somehow this year become the 'hot' school. I tend to believe they will continue their 'hot' streak. Another predication for Unity is 92 ... 2 more cases but not withdraw from YT.

Anyway not much difference between Unity & YT. The only difference is distance. If I still nearer to Unity, I will sure register for Unity since eventually the chance is going to be better. I think those near to Unity initially tot YT to be safer bet. Alot are overflow when they saw Unity to reach 90 in the 1st day morning. Probably registered and forgot about it. That's why i doubt they will switch.

Probably shock when they realise how 'hot' YT is this year and need to ballot. More shocking if they realise their chances r lower than in Unity.

The only difference is with the tier-1 school which remains so 'cool' this year. Please stay 'cool'.

That's a good question. It has an easy answer for Phase 2B, since those twins will simply consume places in Phase 2C. But for Phase 2C, there are no more places for them to consume in a potential cut-off situation. I'm not sure how MOE would judge this case - to either force the ballot or to increase enrollment. Need to throw this question to MOE.

But chief, HPPS accepted 55 students for 53 places in phase 2C last year within 1km, coz there were a pair of twins and triplets. Hence no balloting last year. They even publish that info on their website.

The total enrolment was actually increased from 330 to 332 to accomodate the twins/triplets. Which means it is possible to squeeze in a few extra tables/chairs techinically, but cannot be done in principle...

Have you made any contingency plan for your 2nd choice? I have discussed with husband about it. CCKPS is more than 1 km from our home, so…the 2nd choice whould be KPS. Heard than this school keep changing of Principal for these few years. Anyone have more info about this school?

Me too. If out via balloting, my second choice will be Kranji as CCKPS is more than 1KM this school left few seats only as at yesterday. U r going to register with DLS, right?

Yes, i heard about the Principal also. Anyway, we seem like no choice already, since Unity, YT, DLS & SV sure will not have any seats after P2C. Unless u want to consider Teck Whye PS which is not so near to us.

Don't know should jump ship at this moment. Hubby was saying that since evrywhere also balloting, why not choose a good one. Very puzzle...Don't know should stay put or jump ship....
