I am living within 1 km of St Anthony Primary and so will be undergoing balloting on 11 Aug. The problem is, up to now, I have not receive any letter or notification for the confirmed time of the balloting. Any kind soul here faces the same problem or has receive the notification ? Thanks.

i think the usual advice would be the call up the school to check the status.

else there is the slip given out on the day of registration tat reflect the balloting date/time, if balloting is necessary.

u should have receive the slip during the registration

If you want it in black and white, e-mail them and insist on a reply e-mail with the info you want. Then, you can choose to be doubly safe by printing the e-mail out to bring along on the day of balloting (if you intend to go lah).

Based on my past year experience, they do not issue any letter, but will call you up to inform you. But if they haven't then you should just pick up the phone and call them on 11th morning, since that will be the next working day (Mon, 10th is a holiday).

Thanks to everyone here for their kind advise and feedback. I have decided to pop in to St Athony first time in the morning on 11 Aug to check out the balloting time. And also, I like to wish all of those parents GOOD LUCK on their balloting on Tuesday.

The balloting started at 2.30 pm. Phew ! Lucky for me, managed to get a place in the school for my elder son. Really depends on pure luck, I should say. Definitely, this is a double joy for me as my second kid would not need to go through this agony again. Thanks God.

                        :celebrate: :celebrate: :celebrate:
