      japhys:
Hi..since this is mentioned...I would share the little that I know...it was known that...the bad reviews were started by a few parents who had some unpleasant issues with the centre. Details of the cases...don't think I should divulge...I suggest that interested parents should approach the centre to seek clarifications of what they have heard or read. All I can say is that the centre have very good programme...it's all dependent on the teachers your child gets, as teachers come and go, and I would not be able to speak of the teachers at the other levels of preschool.

      hi japhys,

agreed. sometimes its an issue of \"already don't like something or someone, so whatever that person does or say also cannot see eye-to-eye\". u know what i mean? sometimes, for parents who already have a soured relationship with the school/teachers, better to go elsewhere to start afresh.

best is for interested parents to find out from themselves by visiting the school/envt and talking to the relevant people like principal and teachers etc and see whether the children there are happily learning and growing...

        Hi,

Not sure if sengkang methodist church kindergarten, and st. anne’s church kindergarten have been mentioned in this thread. These are worth considering given the many gd feedback i have heard.

Yes, that's GUG. I think they run various programs for various age groups from 8 mths to 4 yrs. I think they are expensive too.

If you are looking for a good playgroup in sengkang/punggol/hougang area, take a look at PlayDates!
                        http://beyondplaydates.wordpress.com/

I've attended before and find them good and committed & unique in their content & delivery. It's a weekly playgroup for 2-4 yrs.
