can i ask, how do you roll the dough if necessary? on the tabletop or do you buy those dedicated marble slab??

tabletop seems a little unhygenic right? if use marble slab, where to buy one?
I bought a Roll & Cut mat (Wilton brand), which is a thin laminated kind of mat, with markings on it (for those times u need to measure size to cut dough). Convenient for rolling dough, easy to clean and store too. It's abt $15. Bought it at the Bake It Yourself shop near Newton.

Well, the place that I find the most baking friendly is called Phoon Huat, also now called Red Man. It's baker friendly shops are just one step away from your houses, in the neighbourhood estade! But, the branch I find that the trip is the most worth it is the Geylang Lor 23, One Sims Lane, #01-10/11 Singapore 387355, Tel: 6848 6618. They have hands-on baking classes and the products sold there are the most among all! So, I find that the trip is worth it. Meanwhile for some lip-smacking recipies, be sure to check out my blog, at http://www.happybakersland.blogspot.com and find some recipies that will please you greatly! :siam: :lovesite: :goodpost: :imanisland:

Anyone knows where to get pizza stone?

There is a specialty cookware shop selling at the corner of the street along chip bee garden, yu might want to try there. The shop is not v big but they might carry such stuff.
