HDB strictly cannot do decoupling.

That means that if I own a HDB now and would like to purchase a private condo for investment, there is no way to avoid paying the 17% ABSD? Definitely have to pay right?

Need some advice. Ds is diagnosed scoliosis. The next appointment is to see the specialist and getting the brace done. We chose to do in NUH 4th floor. We were told that it will be a customized brace.

As i read the 2014 input from the mummies/daddies here, they advised KKH offer soft brace and NUH hard brace. Does it still happen now. Can anybody throw some light on this?
