At Ohmsantih yoga place, I did power yoga and lost 8kg over 5 months. Not fantastic compared to slimming product but definitely I feel and look alot healthier than visiting all those slimming places & swallowing slimming tablets. Best of all, I was toned up all the same time. Happy & satisfied!

I just wanna to slim down on targeted areas - like the area around my arms and tummy. Wondering if it is possible to do so? I am currently reducing on my carbo intake. It does help but then the effect is not that great on my tummy still.

Anyone here tried applying gel just at those targeted areas and managed to burn the fats in those areas?

"Include cheating" means don’t deprive yourself too much otherwise the weight might rebound. My current diet allows me to cheat (eg. 2 pcs of pineapple tarts here and there) so I am able to maintain the low carbo, low fat diet for a longer time frame. I remember I tried the 3-day diet last time and it was so depressing that by the 2nd day, I was pigging out on lasagna.

                        simple maths.

As long input is lesser than output, u’ll lose wt in the long run.

Dieting is not a good way to stay slim.

                        Exercise.

If u workout, u can eat anything and not worry of urself getting fat.

Try pole dancing. It’s fun and effective and doesnt sweat much.

Besides, it tones up your body and give u nice abs.
