NJC is good but hope you know that it is compulsory for their students to stay one term every year in the hostel.Hi... Me again :))) I decided that I have to send the S1 posting form tomorrow. In the event you don't get RGS, you should get NJC. Good luck! -

Maybe it isn't her preference for girls' school but that most top schools aren't co'ed so not much choice? So far only RV, DHS and NJC. Of course there are others but just fewer co'ed schools.

Choco05:
Why didn't you try Cedar? Is it because that the school environment isn't that good? Or you have MUCH HIGHER EXPECTATIONS??
Your PSLE score? Well this option is strangely quite similar(other than cedar) to minedes8low:

though that was last year.
HEHE. May I ask, what school are you in now?

Not to worry, there are boys and dsa ppl in the 1358 ppl. Rgs takes around 450 students inclusive of dsa n gep so not to worry. I am typing this on my hp. Not a good idea at all took me forever. Not trying it again!
Thanks for all the information!!! So does it mean I should be safe? :scratchhead:tisha:
Hi, I would to ask, do you know what is the highest COP for RGS in the recent years?as I scored 265 excluding hmt, do you think it is a safe score? Based on the ksp threads, 1358 people scored 260 and above for 2011 psle. so do u have any idea wat is the number of vacancies available on average for rgs and nygh? thanks!! :lovesite:
263 - 2009 Sec 1 intake
260 - 2010 Sec 1 intake
260 - 2011 Sec 1 intake
I do not know previous to that, sorry. But there could be others here who might know.
BTW, there are a few people missing this year, esp 25hourmaid. Last year I was a silent reader and remember her advising and guiding a lot of students and parents. Also where are Vanilla_cake, brenda10, lizawa, verykiasu2010... :boogie: -
chatterbox321:
265 for rgs is very safe. Given all the statistics that our ksp have churned out for this psle, the cop for rgs shd remain somewhat close to last year's.

lizawa:
Don't worry chatterbox321. You should be safe. Submit your S1 posting and go enjoy yourself.

Clarify any doubts you have about the school at that forum too. The parents are quite helpful.
They look good to me.jtoh:
