          Hello,

I need advice/reviews on Little Friends Learning Centre at Admiralty Place for K1 and K2. Appreciate much if anyone could provide your input to me whether the centre is comprehensive enough to prepare children in K1 and K2 for primary school. Thanks much!

One of my neighbour put their son in this center but she pulled him out months later. The reason, son kept falling sick after going to that center. Now the son is with PAP and seems to be doing fine. Don’t know about the curricullum. The last time I enquired (2 years ago), she did not have a class for K1 there. Most of the kids attending seems to be the younger ones (playgroup). Not sure about the center now.

                    dear lizzkimm

my gal is in Phyllis Riccia Sch for about a year… she is k1 this year.

My viewpt is that they are not very academic but focus more on life skills instead…so far i have no major complains about the sch…

The sch is very big on celebrations and performance hence they do spend a fair bit of time on rehearsals etc… in a way it build up the child confidence but this would also mean eating into the cirriculum hrs.

They do go for outing almost once a month , which i feel that it is beneficial to the kids.

The cons would be the facilities as the place is quite rundown. And through out my girl’s 1.5 yrs , i did not see her bringing much worksheets home…

                        Hi kat and lizzkim,

What was the reason you pulled your kids out from LV Vista Point?
