For parents interested in St Andrews, I was told P2B used to be out of reach for GRL, because it was not under PAP, so mostly P2B applicants were church members or PV. If that is true, from this year onwards, there should be GRL coming in, hence more applicants. For parents considering Maris Stella and St Andrews…since Maris stella does not offer Malay/Indian, the number of non-chinese will be low or none, unless they are willing to take mandarin in school. Although St Andrews offers, however the non-christian parents have to accept their child going thru some biblical influence. My point is…it depends whether you are particular about the social environment (which some parents will consider carefully) that you want to place yr child in. Some parents prefer to have multi-racial system, some are open minded about biblical teaching for the child although they are not christians.

Just to add on to this, both SA and MSH are chirtian/Catholic school so do expect exposure toi teh reglision. One thing to note is that MSH does higher chinese so be prepared if your child's environment is an english environment. They start from Primary one if i am not wrong.

Latest update for Maris stella as of 4.25pm for SC:

                        1km: 43 applicants
                        1-2km :34 applicants
                        >2km : 6 applicants (previous post of 7 included one pr)

Lady said there are a few more applications they are processing now…seem likely ballot for 1-2km for MSH.
