      Aya:

I have those schools written down in my notebook already ^^
Well my first 3 choices have been confirmed.
      1 Swiss Cottage Sec Sch
      2 Presbyterian High Sch
      3 Nan Chiau High Sch
      BTW can I ask something?
Does the PSLE score include the extra marks contributed by HCL?
If its correct then my PSLE score would be
      234+2=236 πŸ˜„
psle score doesn't include the HCL marks. so 236 if you're applying to sap schools else it's 234. are you a boy or girl? can consider tkgs too.

I don't know if it's a good school or not.
Anyhow, will discuss with my dad tonight, see what he says.
Hope he's not too disappointed with my results :?
But it should be okay since he only expects 200-210 from me πŸ˜‰

        P.S. I'm a girl πŸ™‚

TKGS is a great school. My daughter grad last year. It's a band 1 school with L1R5 <11. Check out Annex 1A in the booklet 2.

My son got 229. Any suggestion which school to choose? We stay in Yishun

              I’m thinking

              1. Yishun Town (try my luck) - COP 237
              2. Presybatarian High (try my luck) COP 232
              3. Rvierside (hopefully can get in) COP 229
              4. Chung Cheng (Yishun) COP 230
              5. AMK Sec COP 227
              6. Yishun Sec (just in case all don’t kana) COP 207

              please help

i think now the most import part is to get a school that fits the score last yr and pray that the child gets in to the first choice school.

Please, my girl got 229 i intent to put hai sing as first choice as i stay at tampines, any one can help, i don’t know any thing abt that school.

Good choice! There's very few schools in Yishun whose COP are around 229...

did you have a look at booklet? it's very useful. checkout annex 1a for school banding. Banding refers to last year cohorts' averages of L1R5 subjects for entry to jc and poly. Schools with value-added are a good guide as it means that those schools enhance the \"value\" of the children.

hope you din tell her you're not pleased. Give her a hug and a pat for her excellent efforts.

Hmm, I will go through it with my daughter later.. She was telling me either Pierce or Whitley. Which is better in your opinion? :?

I didn't tell her I'm not pleased cos I knew she worked very hard. I expected at least 220..
