Her account is not hacked.
The girl photo you saw was a defined avatar for generic guest account. I have removed that photo. -

cant u leave ksi post as ksi as well, so we can know where thse good comments are attributed to her ?

The later is what we try to avoid, thus vk2010's posts are still reflected as his.
