        back to topic, it's better to just eat in moderation (not more than 80% full for each meal), eat healthily, exercise, count your blessings each day and sleep well.

        Who knows when you will be called back for eternity duty šŸ˜‚

              Actually everything should be eaten in moderation...if excess, even something supposed to be good will turn out opposite. Drinking too much water is also not good.


              I don't believe in starving...if I crave for egg tarts, I will buy it :evil:
