      Hi there Bezzlay,

What animals do they have at their mini zoo?

And is the resort close to the elephant park where we can go for elephant show and rides?

      How expensive is the food?

I remember paying S$12++ for a plate of fried rice at Batam View Resort.

At Agro Bintan, the price was not too bad, a plate would cost about S$4 or S$5, that is almost equivalent to the food court price in Singapore.
There are deers, where kids can feed them. There are roosters, snakes, sting rays, arowana fish, crocodiles, turtle, catfish, cassowary, parrots, eagles, vulture, hawks, guinea pigs and rabbits.

The jumbo park is in the resort centre which is 5mins walk from resort hotel or you can take their free shuttle.

A plate of fried rice at poolside restaurant in $14++ and at makan makan (foodcourt) is $8.

Was there last month 3d2n staying in Nirwana villa suite.

basically the place is ok. lots of fun for the kids but food damn x
having one simple dinner outside the hotel( pasar oleh) more than $160 :yikes: a can drink selling at $3.50 really :siao:
at last day defore coming back, a 1.5hrs body scrub massage cost $68 per person even more x than in singapore.
luckily we bring foods over there and cook most of the meals think save alot on makan ๐Ÿ˜“
currently deal.com got offer there at @128 for 2d1n all in(ferry+stay+all game)

Went 2 years back with friends and they brought their Phil helper as well. Seems to go through the same customs etc with nothing special. Not sure if things changed

most of the 'happening' places are in nagoya, the city centre area where the shopping centres are.. basically its a haven for shopping and massage but not much for children sadly..

i would suggest hotels in nagoya itself to avoid travelling from other parts, each trip around 35,000 to 40,000 rupiah, too many times oso can eat into ur travel money.. u wouldnt wanna take their buses so its better to move around in cabs.. no exact month/season to go, its all yr round except during hari raya ramadan period when some shops close early..
