      Hi,

I have another question for the yr 2 girls... Do you usually keep all your text books in your school locker? Aside from the Mac, what are the things DD will need to carry in her bag on a daily basis?

      Thanks,
I wonder about this too, are the students expected to take their textbooks to school? Or are the textbooks merely for reference purpose and the teachers will not need them to make use of them in class.

      Thank you for any advice.

No, actually. I'm in jakaranda's class and I got 271 so this year's cutoff point shld be higher than that. 😢 FYI I'm not in gep[/quote]

My dd brought the books to school and left them under her desk. That's been her habit since P1. I'm not sure if it's OK to do so in RGS, or can they only leave stuff in their lockers?

The GEP classes are 109 to 113. The COP for mainstreamers to get into GEP classes is 273 this year. This information is from a teacher to the students in a GEP class.

              wow, really?
This means they heard us when we had breakfast talk with the ex-P last year. There was a concerned father asked why his GEP girl from RGPS has to be grouped in the same class? There is a tendency that there girls do not mix with other students except their own classmates since P4.
The ex P explained that MOE has set condition that GEP students have to be grouped from P4 to Sec 2 together.
Which brainless MOE scholar who implement this idea? Never think that EQ is more valuable in future.

The Y3 girls are out in CAMP (OBS) the whole of this week in case some parents or juniors are wondering why the regular seniors on this forum are quiet this week. Have a fruitful camp, Y3 girls !

Oh, I didn't know that. Although dd is in 109, some of her ex gep classmate from P6 are in 102, 106 etc.
                    :?
