Thanks for clarifying. Could it be that these girls were admitted under S1 Central Posting rather than DSA?

Mostly thru DSA. A few thru S1.

Thanks for the clarification. So the class size for 109 to 113 is bigger now after this transfer. I understand that some GEP classes originally have 35 students as compared to non GEP classes of 33.

Have a question about the CCA trial. The online booking for guitar CCA is now closed. Does it mean that we cannot try for this CCA anymore. If we do not go for the trial, does it mean that we cannot put the CCA as one of the option.

Don't worry if the trial hasn't been held yet, u can always email the teacher-in-charge n ask if u can still go for trials

Um maybe 4-6? Although u can try out for more if u are worried that u won't get in...
Sometimes they also tell u if you've gotten in shortly after the trials (like 1 / 2 days later) so if u really want that CCA and you've already gotten in u can just skip the rest of the trials you've signed up for. Just email the teacher in charge
Personally, I signed up for like 7 CCA trials but since I had already gotten into my 1st choice CCA, I just skipped the rest of the trials haha

Also, if u are interested in a CCA that can be counted as a merit cca (eg robotics, debate, etc.), u can have that as a 2nd CCA on top of ur core CCA u only need like 35% attendance for merit CCAs...

During the CCA Orientation they mentioned that the CCA selection result will only by out on 6th Feb & all the trails will be finished before that. So how to know if the first choice CCA has been approved and can skip the rest of the trails.[/quote]Yes, results are supposed to be out on 6 feb but some CCAs just tell u if I've gotten in before that... Not all CCAs do that tho!

I notice there are many emails coming in thru the live@edu email address. I am trying to help my dd download all future mail from live@edu to her mail browser so that she can centralized a collection point for her mail from different mail servers. Do you know if this is possible. I just need the pop and smtp server address, that's all. Do you have it?

I am trying to help my dd download all future mail from live@edu to her mail browser so that she can centralized a collection point for her mail from different mail servers. Do you know if this is possible. I just need the pop and smtp server address, that's all. Do you have it?

Hi. Yes, it's possible but I'm not sure how it's done. I think the girls just forward their live@edu emails to the email address they check regularly.
