        Answer: However tired after a hard day’s work, my mother she still cooked dinner for us.

        2) All our classmates are not selected for the Lion Dance Competition.
        Answer: Not one of our classmates is selected for the Lion Dance Competition.

              2) Ali was presented with an award. He was courageous during the robbery.

              DS ans - As a result of her courage during the robbery, Ali was presented with an award. (Can ?)

                Yeah should be acceptable.

                        I think you need to change the verb 'came' so it is \"Peter said they went there very often.\"
