Plain porridge with a bit of salt or bovril… eat until it stops. Usually within a day. Also can take some lactobacillius (sachets, pills, or yakult).

I second the ‘Urmh’ of the plain porriage. Just drink the water, don’t eat the rice. After that don’t eat anything. Except drinking the WATER of the the plain porriage.

I tried numerous time, and it work for my whole family!!! Mostly within one day, recover liao.

I use Dhamotil when I have diarrhea problems. I find that drinking 100 Plus or any other isotonic drink helps when the diarrhea problems start to dehydrate me.

I use charcoal pills whenever i have diarrhoea. It’s not really advisable to use that because it will eventually cause constipation for me. Though it stop the diarrhoea.
