To update, I put in a tablespoon of soda bicarb and 1 lime (no lemon) and boiled the water. The smell and funny taste were almost gone by the next boiling. At least the taste of the water is more acceptable to me now. Smell/taste of the lime is not as strong as lemon I think. Thanks everyone!

Identify the stress areas. What is causing you to feel stress? Speak to someone (eg. close friend/ family) about it. Sometimes talking about it sort of make you feel better after that. Don’t bottle it all up.If you can’t run away from it, focus on things that make you happy/ enjoy. That will at least make you forget about your stress for a while.

Hi all, I took up the TRA program in late Dec 2011 and am almost halfway into it. I have lost 5 kg in 6 weeks and have noticed that my belly has become smaller and I feel more energetic. Even my husband and son noticed the difference. Another 6 weeks to go. Looking forward to fit into medium sized clothes again.
