This is a mammoth job. Beware of Anyone who tell u she can do it alone within a few months.Curriculum planning involves looking at your centre philosophy, approaches to education (integrated? Project work? Thematic?) space planning, manpower and resources. It’s not simply coming up with some worksheets. To plan from play group to K2 requires continuity so there is progression of skills. And because no 2 children are alike even if they are the same age, the curriculum has to be flexible and caters to each child’s ability. And I have not not even mentioned assessment yet.This kind of work is a team effort and it takes time and money to pay for the right people to do the job.
