I think we should be proactive and try to enhance communication between parents.

Parents are allowed to be in the school for first three days, but they can stay till pupils go back to the class.

            Hi bbhippo,

            Happy New Year.

SMPS doesn't allow parents in the school. Don't worry. Your DD will be in good hands.

Thanks for this updated info mummy2008. When my DD started p1, parents were not allowed to go through the gates at all. It's good the school has bent its rules slightly to allow this now. First-time p1 parents will feel more at ease.

bbhippo, sorry for giving you outdated info.

Any mummies or daddies can advice,

For Chinese class, the p2 are being split up.
How are they being split up according to?
Are those better in Chinese one tksing up higher Chinese from p2 to be "trained" to take HCL in p5?

So far nothing was mention to us so am trying to see if can get news here.

Hi dear parents of St Margaret’s primary! I’m interested in this school after reading many good reviews about it being holistic and great in character building. However my niece who used to study there told me that current principal is more focused on academics and not character building. Another friend told me teacher turnover pretty high and doesn’t carry through school’s intended Christian values. Any comments on this? Thanks so much!
