Really tks buds for your detailed reply! Feeling warm... hehe. And appreciate your opinion.

Yes, that is a special lesson for phonics in one particular ctr. PIC said depends the number of students. If too 'many', they wil hav more than 1 teacher. So i wil see how they going to conduct the class.
Thks!

You're very welcome, dear!
It's my pleasure.
Oh, the detailed part...
I was once misunderstood.
Don't want that to happen again.
Soooo... i'll be a bit long winded (detailed).
Bear with me.

Recce a few more centres within your area if you can ok?Yes, that is a special lesson for phonics in one particular ctr. PIC said depends the number of students. If too 'many', they wil hav more than 1 teacher. So i wil see how they going to conduct the class. Thks!

It'll give you a wider range to base your assessments prior to
enrolling your kids. Its important to start on the right foot on the
right path - for the children, lest the interest might die away due to
inefficiency of centre to carry out as promised. View a class in session
wherever possible. Ask abt their methods, ask if teacher will provide
feedback at the end of the weekly lesson, any hidden cost for reading
books/series later on, any written reinforcement to the sounds learnt
each week, can you contaact the teacher shud you need clarification on
whats being taught or if you need to double confirm you're reinforcing
the right sounds (the way teacher does it), etc.. -
Tks buds! u r very kind.

I like the way u being so detailed/long winded! Cos don't wish to miss every single detail is part of a KSP criterion... kekeke... -

I am a super kiasu parent. I already exposure my baby to reading and he loves it. Take a look at his http://babysamson.weebly.com/learn.html. The key is to choose age appropriate books, but also take cue from her english level to choose a suitable one.

Hi All,
Planning to send my gal to Zoo Kids program under Zoophonics School in Jurong West.
Anyone have experience with that center? -
Hi all KSP,
I have actually enrolled both my girls in Zoophonics based on the reviews here.
I din regret it. Both girls are enjoying their weekly class. In fact, my K1 girl actually looks forward to gg to the class.
My younger one (25 mths old) oso like the class. Of course at her age, some parts of the lesson, she got distracted. Either wan biscuit, wan her "chow chow", wan water, wan this wan that.
Overall, I will still say it’s a good start for building the foundation of reading skills.
Prior to this, I actually sit in with my K1 girl at one of those "read in a week" trial class. It was yawning all the way for me. Can’t bear to put her thru’ such "torture". Zzzzzz…
