ya...with the first kiddo, I kind of had to 'cos he had allergies to milk. After a while, it became super convenient...no hassle when travelling
...also I had support at the workplace and at home...so it became a normality! -
Hi pea_nut
I am also currently BF my no. 4 for just over 2 yrs now. DH kept asking me when am I stopping, I said "donβt know" cosβ it is really so convenient now esp in the mornings can just feed "in a daze" and nite when she will happily sleep after a feed. -
So happy to find this thread. I have been breastfeeding non-stop for last 10 years. Still bfg ds who is 5 yo now. Yes! Breastmilk is the BEST!

I'm currently breastfeeding my #2. Partial as supply is not enough. As with #1, I did whatever I could including latching and feeding on demand. No use. Don't have means don't have. Tried all recommended herb, milk tea, more milk tincture. All don't work.
Sometimes feel very stressed, sometimes a bit 'sian'. Very tempted to quit, especially when MIL kept suggesting this. But tell myself, partial is still better than no milk, so kept going.
Just wished I have enough milk. -
Recently found a cookie recipe for increasing breastmilk. Got brewer's yeast in it. Gonna try making as I like to bake.
Bought my brewer's yeast already. Yeah. Will post if it works.

I have too much milk.
Even before baby is born i'm leaking
already and trust me, that's really a different set of problems.
Always express even when bb doesn't latch on. Press on with
2 hourly or 3 hourly expression. For me, i use Medela Electric.
The least painful equipment for my body so far. Used till it died
on me and thankfully both times after both weaned off b'milk.
Only complain is : Medela is a wee bit noisy.. but heck.. it's doin
the job efficiently.
Dun give up. Rule of thumb is try your best to stimulate the
flow. Warm compress (towel + warm/hot water) also works
to stimulate the milk flow in my case (when the milk ducts get
blocked). Jia you ok?
