Do you really need to impress, or you just want to get away for a good time? -
:?
Probably the topic seems abit too wide.
Maybe can suggest:
1) Where to Dine?
2) What to Buy as Gift? -
if you ask what to do at 7th anniversary, you also need to figure out what to do at 10th, 2x7th, 15th, 20th, 3x7th, 25th anniversaries…do use up your options too quickly and find that too expensive in later years.
for a start, do it at the first place you had your first date with her / him -
actually, after 7 years, there is nothing to impress with and no need to make an impression liao. hasn't she seen all your true colours ? :siam:

A recent study shows that the younger generation married couple make more efforts at keeping the fire burning in their marriage.

Rent a lotus limousine and take her round the island.

Or rent a sports car and ferry her around.

Frankly, if my DH was to do the above, i would be freaking mad with him for spending unnecessary money.
But if you have spare cash, why not?
Happy anniversary in advance! Cheers! :celebrate: -
Seriously, it depends on what type of wife you have & how much dough you have.
For me, I want flowers but will get angry if he splurges.
Solution: He buys a stalk of Rose for 50cents at the Market, use recycled paper fr his office to wrap & viola! I got my flower & won’t get angry

1) Absinthe
2) Sage the restaurant
3) Gordon's Grill
Not much in terms of view, but solid cuisine and not bank busting.
If you want more romantic setting -->
4) The Cliff at Sentosa, maybe take a 1 night getaway.
5) Blu, at Shangri-La, ditto the getaway (this one is more ex)
St Regis is nice for a getaway too, and free wine tasting in evenings, quite cool..... -

I still remember just after giving birth to DS1, 2 weeks later on my birthday, DH gave me a bouquet of roses.

I complained that he should have bought diapers instead, as DS1 poo after each feed!
That was the last time he gave me flowers.
