Not necessary lah... Don't let those yoga business con you into such a thing. I've practiced yoga since 20 years ago. Last time only 5 yoga schools and now so many until they even have yoga for babies.

Anyone know if there is any yoga or pilate class for kids n mom together? I try searching on google but found only baby and mom. Anyone went to a class with your kid before can recommend please. TIA

Yoga needs patience. I don’t think kids will listen and follow the tutor.

I went to "Real Yoga" at Centerpoint, Level 6 for a trial and they seem to have a children’s yogo class on Sunday only.

hm..........did a search on pa to see if it has yoga classes for kids but .


i am living around newton/novena area and it would be easier for me to send kids to a yoga class around here.

prefer cc cos' too many people in all those yoga centre.

guess got to continue my search.
