      Nebbermind:
anyone tried makuang TCM slimming acupuncture? at $406 for 11 sessions....I'm going to sign up tomorrow!!

      quite desperate liao!! 😢
I tried 1 trial session last year. To rid abdominal fats/water retention. A total of 20+ needles. Very uncomfortable.

Shared this with another TCM physician who treated my children, he claimed 20+ is too much. He could do with less.

      All the best.

I suggest you some exercise to slim down.

Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories.
Just in 30 minutes a person can easily burn 300 calories.
Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes.
Bicycling and Swimming of 30 minutes can burn 400 to 500 calories.

For those who wish to see faster results especially the tummy area, heard that Dr Johnson’s Slimming Gel is good compared to some other popular brands but I am not sure where to get this. I personally have not tried this so cannot vouch for it’s effectiveness. It is a hearsay. Many from other forums said this is very good. But don’t get to see this selling any where too. May be those who knows can share here for those who wish to get it. HTH.

Has anyone tried using BMI machine that check the fat to muscle ratio? Just wondering how accurate is this type of machine.

I have tried one recently, but my husband questioned, by just standing and holding something, how can it calculate out the fat to muscle ratio of the body. Anyone?
