My DD scored 259+3 for her PSLE. Does not reach her standard. If she put her first choice as NYGH or Raffles Girls, will she have a chance to get in?

Hm… I got 257 this year. Thank god for DSA, got into RGS. Almost wanted to go to NYGH, but because my Mandarin sucks, decided to opt for RGS.

Ugh. The result of not studying… a lot of top students in SG in my class, so kinda sad.

Can try ACSI or MGS, VS or Cedar, RV, SJI.

Congratulations to your dd for doing well.

It depends on which special programmes in both schools you are more interested in. If you have been to both schools during their open house, you would have noticed the difference in the school cultures. I believe the majority of girls in both schools belong to different \"category\". so you have to decide which one suits your dd more.

Both are good schools and whichever she goes to, I am sure she will have a most fulfilling 6-year of education.
