on 22 Dec, it is best to take full day leave as you would need to get the books and uniform. It is also ideal if u can go with another adult coz one could queue to buy the books while another queue to get the uniform. And don’t forget to bring cash. I read something about this previously in ksp, and it helped when i registered for my elder’s son Sec 1.

Thanks for the fast response. Is there an orientation, etc? or it's straight to books and uniform buying?

at about what time would we be expecting the sms? or what time you received the sms last year?

22 Dec
8.30am we report to the school...
then what happens?
it's orientation or what? can someone describe what will happen on that day and what to expect? full day leave or half day leave advisable?

Hi i remember the sms should come at around morning. I remember i was still sleeping and my mom excitedly woke me up to tell i got into my 1st choice :snooze: :snooze:

22 Dec is known as reporting day. This is the day the principal makes speeches and introduces the programs by the school. I heard that you get to know your class on that day in some schools. You should be buying books and uniforms on that day as well, so do bring along some cash:)

Yes, was around 6am. If you already got CO through Dsa, you also get to know your 3rd lang option in the SMS.
