No, we don’t look forward to it. My kids love the food but not the atmosphere.

I dislike CNY. Same routine, similar titbits, …and obligation to visit this relative that relative whom on normal days, don’t even call on one another.

I don’t look forward to the reunion dinner with in-laws and meeting pple I dun want to see. More comparisons over the kids…

Other than that, I enjoy CNY with my own parents, the food and the countdown on Ch 8.

Definitely looking forward to the break and catching up with family and friends but not to the feasting ...think the meals are too heavy, too rich and too much 🙂

This year, CNY came too early, no time to enjoy the preparation. Feels more rush, and feels more like an obligation to celebrate it, rather than to enjoy it.

Other than that, quite enjoyable when I see my kids enjoying it.

I don’t enjoy CNY because of having to put up with the pretence…only enjoy the break because it has been a little stressful since school reopened…badly need to recharge for CA1.

                        I look forward to CNY.

                        The break is definitely welcomed.

Meeting with relatives and friends that usually I do not get to see, no time better than CNY to have a class reunion. I do not feel obligned to visit any relatives that I do not feel like visiting, I just don't go.

I also look forward to the feasting , but not to the weight gain 😢
