To me, since foreigners have other avenues to obtain the scholarship, I would prefer my money to go to local kids to further their studies. Besides the pool of local kids is greater, surely we need to support them more. Just being pragmatic.
I agreed. I also prefer that scholarship awarded by public fund should go to Singaporean kids. -
is funding based on nationality? (i.e. SG scholarship funded by SG), if yes, then, yes, it shd be based on nationality.
