Has anyone bought their car insurance from directasia.com before? Any feedback?
Their premiums seems much lower than usual insurance companies, but since I’ve no experience with them before… wonder how they r like, and whether claims will be any issue? They did a mailer advert with the road tax renewal notice sent frm LTA… so, must have quite a bit of moolah to do such widespread advertisement thru LTA???

I got attracted by their low premium and am now their customer.
Barely into my 4th month with them, so no claims so far....in fact,
I don't ever wish to make a claim! :xedfingers:

heheh, for sure… i also dun wanna make a claim… just a bit worried abt their operations since they seem so new… but their premium is definitely v v attractive… tks for your feedback… i may take the "plunge" like u did!!

FYI, my sister used their quotes to negotiate with NTUC.
NTUC ended up giving her a discount, but not sure whether the
premium was as low as Direct Asia's. -
Hahaha.. its a losing battle to argue!
The premium is quite a big difference, so i doubt my current insurer (AXA) can even go anywhere close to them... LOL

Thanks much for the lead. I tried going in there. the quote is cheaper than what china taiping quoted me - difference not a lot but any savings is still welcome. Will go back to compare the terms but likely to take the plunge with directasia.

It is indeed v competitive pricing... Actually, I am not good with the terms of car insurance.. but a broker who was checking on quotes for me, told me that the terms frm directasia.com are pretty much standard... so, that kinda assured me that it shd be fine.. but i do feel bad towards the broker, since it means i have kinda \"wasted\" his time checking for me with other insurers... but no choice.. my wallet is calling.... \"savings\"....

Been with them since June last year and intend to continue. Really saved a lot of $$ and the extra $$ goes to road tax.
