Do you have high blood pressure? If you do, it is best you seek doctor's advice before taking cod liver oil.

Usually i take salmon oil.
Never try cod liver oil before.

You an save electricity but using fan instead of aircon but f you are using aircon, dont turn it to 18 degree, use it at 24 is good enough.


And also service your aircon regularly.

I have been using them since mar. Very satisfied with their service so far. You can speak to James.

I am using their service also 1amber. So far never failed to disappoint but
they are can be quite pack on Saturday. Choose a weekday package would be better.
