Doesn’t matter how you celebrate - as long as both remember and set aside time to be together and most importantly WITHOUT kid/s. The other 364 days you can spend time with kid/s as a family.

my fifth wedding ann is coming up next month. my hubby doesn't even remember its been 5 years when i asked him how we shd celebrate 😢

before we were married, he sent me like 7-8 bouquets a year, now none since marriage...only once to apologise for sthing he did.

think surely will get and do nothing this yr just like every year.

shd i plan sthing or just forget abt it since he not interested?

Our day is coming up next week, don't think DH remember. Or he would just get me another one of those cony worded card. 😛

Me? his cologne running out, bought 2 bottles for him, gift wrapped, will put them in his toiletries cabinet on the morning itself.

You shd definitely plan something. Don't wait for him to do it, because if he doesn't, you'll feel resentful and disappointed. I guess, sometimes, the hubby is really busy at work or get complacent after a while, and it's not because they don't care. In the past, my DH was like that too. And I used to feel sad and horrible. Still, I've come to accept that he's not the romantic type, but he's a loving hubby and wonderful hands-on father. We'll be celebrating our 14 yrs anniversary this year

So, instead of getting annoyed, I'll plan the day. It can be watching movies and going for dinner; or if both of you can take the whole day off, better still.

            Happy planning!! :celebrate:

Wah…I actually not thinking of doing anything…we usually don’t…

but since its going to be our 5th anni…maybe will plan a surprise for dh!
But probably can’t do 1-1 thingy on actual day cos he’s rushing a project rollout then…maybe just a gift so he knows i remember and i love him!

When I was doing well, I will send her favourite flowers to her office, to remind her, for the last 11 years. She still cannot remember anniversary date well…

Then, we will dine in our best restaurant always (same decor for the last 11 years! the table is still black, but the paints had cracked.).

No job since this year, this year no flower, but dinner as usual.

                      Hi Friends,

Will be celebrating our 7th wedding anniversary and would like to ask any good celebrating ideas that can impress my wife?

Or rather how you had celebrated your anniversary?

What about booking a room at hotel and have a nice dinner and sparkling wine.

But, some women prefer the 'sparkling stone' :siam:
