Mostly PV

Tomorrow after 2.30 pm, from Moulmein Kallang GRC -
GRL will decide : choose SCGS or RGPS ?

With 62 vacancies left for 2B : all Rgps PV will enter, smoothly

There are some who adopt a wait and see attitude, or simply not KC enough to register on the first day.

From what i gather (pls correct me if i am incorrect):
bcos not in the same 'hot' grc as nyps, hpps etc (rgps same grc as scgs)
rgps has reduced pv to ~20,
~18 more places compared to last year due to less registered in earlier phases
