As for your Q4, it is not just church that get priority (I suppose you are referring to Phase 2B), clan association, active grassroot leaders and parent volunteers are also in the same league. Just like what floppy says, this is ah gong's decision. -

I will be registering my second child under phase 2A(2) at Ai Tong, but the school discipline has been in a bad shape, according to a friend whose sister is teaching there.
Might decide to withdraw if balloting probability stands a good chance at SNGS for phase 2C which is less than 1km from my house. -

It should be between 40 to 60 applicants for 20 places. You are looking at 1 in 2 to 1 in 3 chances.
