      Sunnyyap:
      Hi Parents,

Like to check if anyone here has the answer's booklet to the P6 English Oral Booster and Listening Comprehension Practices?
Its published by Educational Publishing House Pte Ltd. (the purple book)

As, I had misplaced the answer booklet and could not verify the practices :thankyou: done by my son... Wonder if anyone could share with me the answer sheet. As it is only a few days away from the PSLE LC exam, thinking not to spend money(approx. $13) to just buy the book for the answer booklet.

Hope that any kind soul could help on this.

      Thanks alot!

      Sunny
      :thankyou:

Hi. Can someone advise which tense to use?

Father told me to set my alarm clock before I “went / go” to bed.
                Thanks.

                      Hi,

Father told me to set my alarm clock before I went to bed.

Actually, both are correct, but the meaning is different. Use \"went\" if you mean to convey that father told you to set the alarm clock only on a specific occasion. Use \"go\" if father told you to do it generally. So, it depends on the context, ie rest of the passage.

“Father told me to set my alarm clock before I went to bed” means a one-time occurrence. Maybe the next morning there’s a special event.

“Father told me to set my alarm clock before I go to bed” means eg his father gave him a new alarm clock and told him to set it every night before going to bed as a good habit.
