Another therapeutic task is to wrap presents during xmas... closet ambition is to do gift wrapping at the shopping centre but the queues will stress me up! hehehe

So the alternative is to wrap gyoza at home...
Wrap presents?! I'm really STRESSED wrapping presents, esp during x'mas. It's a CHORE to me. 😆

I put a lot of love into wrapping presents... yes, some pple like DH do find it a chore so I volunteer to wrap 🙂

Guess that's due to my love for origami and crafts. And it takes some skill to make it look good.

Ha ha…you have lots of patience, I’ve got no patience. Wrap ONE present not too bad, if got lots of time to spare, can enjoy making it look nice and pretty. But hor, wrapping MANY presents while short of time, *pant *pant….REALLY stress me out. Hee…

To destress from everyday stressful business management which is soooo sian, I depend on family bonding time at night. Sometimes a simple family movie/tv night is enough to get rid of my stress.

At times, simple craft activities, like sewing, decorating the house would make me feel like 'WOOOAAHHH I feel good!'. Also,at the moment, I'm using this decoration-photobook platform by p;log (I've found this on another thread, http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=50932 ) to create my own photobook online. Quite nice lehhh, go ahead and try it! 😄

Don't get to stress up okay guys! Enjoy life and dont let the stress bring you down!!

Another way to destress but not the kind everyone can take…

A good feet rub. Aaaaahhh yes… foot reflexology.
Can feel so light after that, like walking on clouds.

I go shopping when I’m stressed. Be it online shopping or in the malls…

Off-peak shopping is a luxury, IMO.... can leisurely shop and walk ard w/o stress..
